Since 2009, TOL Secure Messaging (RelayHealth, MiCare, Change Healthcare) has provided Patient Engagement and Interoperable Secure Messaging solutions to the Defense Health Agency. With the completed rollout of MHS Genesis, the TOL Secure Messaging service has been decommissioned.
